Gift Set

I wanted to do something different with the bag, so I started with the bag and the rest of the set just evolved from there.  I carried through the patterned paper so that everything would tie together.

Cute Box

I cased this cute little box, but I didn't write down her blog details.  If you recognize this as yours then please contact me so that I can give you credit.

I did modify the measurements as they were in cm and I usually work in inches.  I also made the box a little longer so that it would fit a flakie chocolate bar.

Gift Box Set

Well life sure has been busy lately.  We have purchased some Wiltshire Ewe Lambs and they arrive today.  We are going to be breeding them.  We have managed to find a Ram Lamb but he is still a bit young so we have to wait until November for him.

We have been making some changes at home and the deck is nearly finished and the spa pool roof framing is up so just waiting for the roof now.  A few weeks ago the wind blew the spa pool cover off even ripping and breaking the latches.  It was quite badly damaged so we have ordered a new one and it should be here by the end of the week.  Well enough about my life and onto some stamping.

This is what we make at class last week.  A gift box with four cards using the Holiday Frame Embossing folder.  It would make a great gift.  This box was inspired by Chiaki Haverstick.  She has the most gorgeous tutorials.

Another gift

I have seen these cute little bags on many different blogs and just had to make one.  The first time I saw this bag was on Kathryn Lowe's blog. So I whipped up one for the little girl who delivers our local newspaper and filled it with lollies.

A set of Thank You Cards

My youngest daughter is having a baby shower so I made a whole bunch of thank you cards for her.  I used kits that I had left over from classes and adapted them to suit so that all the cards followed a similar style.  I made a few in different colours, cardstock and patterned paper.  I stamped inside the cards and on the envelopes so that everything matched. I do hope she likes them.  My favourite colour combination is Rich Razzleberry and So Saffron.  Hubby likes the Old Olive and Melon Mamba - he said it was more vibrant except he called it the green and pink card.
